New Westminster, BC – The Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver (EFry) is pleased to announce the launch of its Community-Based Employment Service (CBES) Program, a fully funded employment and skills training initiative designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and build pathways toward long-term career success.
