Pathways Supportive Housing for Women

EFry’s Pathways Program provides semi-independent transitional housing for women who are ready to move from a structured residential environment toward greater independence in the community. Through safe, supportive apartment-style housing, the program gives participants the opportunity to strengthen their stability, continue their recovery or reintegration journey, and build the confidence and skills needed to maintain more independent housing.

Participants receive individualized support based on their strengths, circumstances, and personal goals. Staff work alongside participants to develop plans that support housing stability, daily living, budgeting, health and wellness, and connection to community resources. Support may also include assistance navigating income benefits, health care, education, employment, appointments, and other services that contribute to long-term stability and wellbeing.

The semi-independent setting allows participants to take greater responsibility for their homes and daily routines while continuing to have access to guidance, encouragement, and practical support. Participants can strengthen skills related to tenancy, household management, communication, self-advocacy, and community living while progressing at a pace that reflects their individual needs and readiness.

The goal of the Pathways Program is to help participants build a strong foundation for lasting independence and a successful transition into permanent community housing. Through trauma-informed, gender-responsive, culturally safe, and strengths-based support, Pathways promotes dignity, choice, connection, and each participant’s ability to shape a safe and meaningful future.
