Supporting Hope, Through Intervention, and Empowerment (SHINE) is a new initiative dedicated to empowering at-risk youth in Surrey through one-on-one mentorship and clinical counselling. Services are catered to help strengthen youth and family relationships, including supporting parents and caregivers with counselling. We are currently providing services to youths, parents, and/or caregivers in the city of Surrey.

Eligibility Criteria

  • All genders age 6 to 18 years old
  • Women 19 to 24 years old
  • Residing in Surrey
  • Attending school in Surrey
