Supporting Hope, Through Intervention, and Empowerment (SHINE) is a new initiative dedicated to empowering at-risk youth in Surrey through one-on-one mentorship and clinical counselling. Services are catered to help strengthen youth and family relationships. We are currently providing services to youths, parents and/or caregivers in the city of Surrey.
Eligibility Criteria
