Jenifer Lee is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of extensive experience in financial services, responsible for providing strategic, operational and tactical direction as well as leadership and oversight to 30 branches.

Guided by a strong sense of purpose and a passion for mentorship and inclusion, she is a founding member and Co-Chair of the BC & Yukon Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group, and a founding member of the We4She at Scotiabank. She mentors women at all levels of their corporate journey, creating inclusive spaces for women of all backgrounds.

An active member of the community since 2016, Jennifer currently sits on the Finance Committee of Surrey Hospitals Foundation, contributing to strategic oversight and community health initiative.
