Jessica brings more than a decade of leadership experience implementing projects which focus on the advancement of Indigenous human rights, governance best practices and social policy reform. Currently, she is the Senior Vice President, Social Change at the Castlemain Group, one of Canada’s leading Indigenous advisory organizations.

Jessica holds a Master of Arts degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.

She and her family reside on the unceded territory of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking peoples (New Westminster).
