Safe and Affordable Housing at Rosewood Apartments

Located in Surrey, our new Rosewood Building has 60 shelter beds for women and children. Support workers provide awake around the clock support and management of those hotel units for residents providing assistance and support to make plans to address their immediate crisis needs and housing plans. Women are provided meal support and laundry.

EFry Housing Application – Rosewood Apartments, Surrey

The Rosewood Apartments, managed by EFry, provide affordable housing tailored to low-income and seniors. With 42 units spread across three stories, the building offers a range of accommodations from studios to tow-bedroom apartments. Situated at 9683, 137 Street in Surrey – 11th with convenient access to shopping amenities, Sky train and parks.


Who is Eligible?

  • Low-income women residing or working in Surrey
  • Incomes must adhere to BC Housing’s income limits, subject to annual evaluation and annual review.
  • Ability to live independently, manage mobility, and communicate directly with EFry’s management, through the building management system.
  • Demonstrated capability to meet rent obligations promptly, either through personal income or regular subsidies/assistance.
  • Applicants with a close connection to Surrey receive priority consideration.
