Hermina Khara is a Partner at Odgers, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm.

As a Partner at Odgers, Hermina advises organizations across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors on executive search and leadership. With more than 25 years of experience across financial services, entrepreneurship, talent strategy, and executive leadership, she brings a valuable combination of hands-on leadership and advisory expertise. Her career has included co-founding a recruitment firm and spending a decade with a global technology company, where she progressed through senior leadership roles to Senior Vice President, People & Culture.

Drawing on firsthand experience as an executive leader, Hermina is passionate about advancing women and underrepresented leaders, and believes sponsorship is a core responsibility of leadership.

Beyond her professional work, Hermina is an active contributor to Vancouver’s leadership and community ecosystem. She serves on the Regional Ambassador Council with Women Get On Board and supports organizations focused on advancing women, strengthening communities, and developing the next generation of leaders.
