Who is Eligible?
- Low-income women residing or working in Burnaby
- Incomes must adhere to BC Housing’s income limits, subject to annual evaluation and annual review
- Ability to live independently, manage mobility, and communicate directly with EFry’s management, through the building management system.
- Demonstrated capability to meet rent obligations promptly, either through personal income or regular subsidies/assistance.
- Applicants with a close connection to Burnaby receive priority consideration.
