Anna Buxton Apartments: Safe & Supportive Housing for Women

The EFry Anna Buxton Tenant and Community Resources Program is an initiative aimed at providing housing solutions and comprehensive support to our tenants and their families, in collaboration with community partners. As a housing provider, our mission is to empower women and women-led families by connecting them with the necessary community services and resources.

EFry Housing Application – Anna Buxton Apartments, Burnaby

The Anna Buxton Apartments, managed by EFry, provide affordable housing tailored to low-income women and women-led families. With 49 units spread across four stories, the building offers a range of accommodations from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Situated at Burnaby, the location boasts a serene residential ambiance with convenient access to shopping amenities and parks.


Who is Eligible?

  • Low-income women residing or working in Burnaby
  • Incomes must adhere to BC Housing’s income limits, subject to annual evaluation and annual review
  • Ability to live independently, manage mobility, and communicate directly with EFry’s management, through the building management system.
  • Demonstrated capability to meet rent obligations promptly, either through personal income or regular subsidies/assistance.
  • Applicants with a close connection to Burnaby receive priority consideration.

Special attention:Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Tenants must maintain a clean, quiet, and harmonious living environment. Non-compliance may result in warning letters or eviction.
