Rosedale Intensive Treatment Program

EFry’s Rosedale Intensive Treatment Program provides live-in substance use treatment and recovery support for women in a safe, structured, and welcoming residential environment. The program recognizes that each participant’s experiences, strengths, treatment needs, and recovery goals are unique. Through individualized planning, therapeutic programming, and consistent support, participants are given the time and space to focus on their health, wellbeing, and future.

Located in Chilliwack, the Rosedale Intensive Treatment Program is a 70-day, bed-based treatment program for women with moderate to severe substance use needs. The program provides participants with a focused period of treatment and support while recognizing that each person’s experiences, strengths, needs, and recovery goals are unique.

Participants receive individualized support, clinical counselling, intensive group programming, case management, and assistance developing practical strategies to support the long-term management of their substance use. Staff work alongside participants to identify their goals, build on existing strengths, strengthen wellness and coping skills, and develop connections that can support their recovery.

Transition planning is an important part of the program. Staff help participants identify appropriate community resources, services, and ongoing supports so they can leave treatment with a plan for continuity of care.

Through trauma-informed, gender-responsive, culturally safe, person-centred, and non-judgmental care, Rosedale supports women in building confidence, strengthening connections, and preparing for a safe and supported transition back into the community.
